An introductory 4 WEEK tennis program for those who have never played tennis and have a desire to learn to play.


Tennis 456

An introductory program for those who have played tennis but haven't picked up a racquet in years or have advanced beyond Tennis ASAP


Organized Practice

This program is for men and women rated 2.5 to 3.5. It is a fast paced learning experience drill group with each session highlighting new shots as well as reviewing the "bread and butter" shots.


SHOT of the Week

This is a drill designed to take you from the technical aspect of the stroke to actually implementing the shot in playing situations.


Men's Drill

The LifeSport's longest running program for men! Play tennis then hang around for pizza and drinks.


Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym. The sport of tennis combined with cardiovascular exercise delivers the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also learning a skill and training for tennis. Program runs in the Winter.


CITA Travel Team (Women's 3.0)

LifeSport fields men's and women's teams that participate in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices and matches both home and away.


CITA TRAVEL TEAMS (Women's 3.5)

LifeSport fields men's and women's teams that participate in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices and matches both home and away.


CITA Travel Team (Women's 4.5 )

LifeSport fields men's and women's teams that participate in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices and matches both home and away.


CITA Travel Team (Women's Multi-level)

LifeSport fields men's and women's teams that participate in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices/matches (every other week) both home and away. Multi-level team is for 3.5-4.5 level players.


CITA TRAVEL TEAMS (Women's CITA Open League Drill)

LifeSport fields men's and women's doubles teams that participate in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices and matches both home and away. The club also hosts USTA men's and women's teams in the summer.


WOMEN'S 3.0-3.5 - SINGLES

LifeSport's Women's Singles league that participates in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices/matches (EOW) both home and away.


WOMEN'S 4.0-4.5 - SINGLES

LifeSport's Women's Singles league that participates in the Chicago Indoor Tennis Association (CITA). These teams participate in weekly practices/matches (EOW) both home and away.
