Group Power

GROUP POWER is a 60-minute barbell program that will help you strengthen your major muscles in an inspiring group environment. Our music, instructors and personalized coaching is made to help you excel at simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

GROUP POWER is for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Ride

GROUP RIDE is a 60-minute class for beginners to avid cyclists who want to use the power of group dynamics and awesome music to get the most out of their exercise. Each class combines slow climbs, sprints and recovery spins to help you stay engaged and having fun with each spin.

GROUP RIDE is for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Centergy

GROUP CENTERGY is a 60-minute journey through yoga and Pilates that will leave you feeling stronger and healthier with each new movement you learn. Our uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and let go of everything standing in the way of you and complete zen.

GROUP CENTERGY classes are developed every three-months so that you get access to a wide variety of exercises.

Go!Silver Complete

Go!Silver Complete is a 60-minute class made specifically for those just starting their fitness journey or for those wanting a complete low-impact cardio and strength program that will help them improve their flexibility and overall fitness level. Each exercise focuses on functional movements and form so that you can get the most out of life.

Go!Silver Complete is for all ages and fitness levels.

Group Fight

Group Fight® is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT!

Group Core

Group Core® trains you like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a platform – all to challenge you like never before. HARD CORE!


R30 is your 30-minute cardio workout. Music will make the time fly, and you will feel great working up a sweat! You can make the most out of R30, no matter if you are just starting an exercise program or have been racing bikes for years. It’s only 30 minutes and the format is easy to follow. Since the bike is completely adjustable, you are in control. It’s also perfect for those that are short on time and men and women of all ages. More info
